If your item is faulty, please email us within 5 working days of receiving your delivery, take photos and document the fault. You will need a Return Authority (RA) number and we will advise you of how to proceed.

Refunds will be made to the same card that purchased the item and Square can take up to 10 days to issue a refund.

We are not responsible for the amount of time an item takes to arrive to you once shipped so please leave enough time. Delivery windows quoted on the website are estimates.
