Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

At Ma Wisdom, we understand that circumstances can change. Please read our cancellation and transfer policy carefully before booking.

Online Course Refunds

Due to the instant availability of digital products, no refunds are available on Online Courses or modules. If you have any technical issues, please contact us by email.

Workshop Transfers

  • You may transfer your workshop booking to one of the next three scheduled workshops or to another person, provided your request is made 14 days or more before the workshop date.

  • All transfer requests must be made in writing via email to ContactUs@MaWisdom.com

  • Once we receive your request, we will confirm the transfer by email.

Workshop Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. If you believe this applies to you, please contact us to discuss your situation.

  • An administration fee of $40 will be deducted from any approved refund.

  • No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date.

Kin Line Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your Kin Line appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can inform the mentor with sufficient time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • We understand that family life can be unpredictable, so if something unexpected arises, please get in touch, we’re here to help and will always do our best to accommodate you.

 

Kin Line Call Extension

  • Our Kin Line sessions are booked in 30-minute blocks. As your call nears completion, your mentor may offer the option to extend the session if you require further support. If you choose to extend and remain on the call, you agree to an additional $30 fee, which will be charged to your card on file.

  • Extensions are available for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you do not wish to extend, you may simply end the call at the scheduled time, the choice is yours.

  • All requests for exchanges, transfers or refunds must be submitted in writing to contactus@mawisdomtraining.com

  • If there are extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to get in touch to discuss the matter in confidence.
